Retreats
I am organising various retreats: a residential week away at Zen Rocks in Greece, and a one-day mini retreat of yoga and ceramics in the hills above Assos.

Relax and Restore Yoga Retreat
Zen Rocks, Greece · 3–7 October 2026 · four nights
Relieve your stress and restore your energy
This retreat is planned to reduce stress, support healing, decrease anxiety and facilitate recovery from depression and burn-out, guiding you towards a life of vibrant balance.
Join me for two daily yoga classes rooted in yoga therapy, adapted for individual needs. Each session is designed to harmonise yin and yang elements to help balance your energy: breathing exercises, mindful postures, gentle movements and deep relaxation techniques. You also learn daily rituals to carry home with you.
After registration I reach out to schedule a private online meeting, so the practice can be built around what you personally need.

Disconnect to reconnect
Zen Rocks is a wellness retreat centre in Greece, set among endless olive groves, with views of mountains, sky and sea. There is a spacious outdoor yoga deck overlooking the water, a quiet indoor meditation hall, a swimming pool and generous rooms, with vegetarian meals made from local, organic produce. Coastal beaches are close by, and cultural and mountain excursions can be arranged.
Mini Yoga Camp & Ceramics Atelier
Ahmetçe village, Ayvacık, Çanakkale — in the hills above Assos on the Aegean coast, with the ceramics atelier hosted by Idaflora Art House.
One day to slow down, reconnect with yourself and meet your own creativity again — the transformative effect of yoga practice alongside the healing power of making something by hand. A space for yourself: for your body, your mind and your spirit.

How the day runs
- 10:00 · Morning yogaWe start the day gently. Breath work, flowing movement and awareness open the body and quiet the mind.
- 11:30 · BrunchA good break after practice — a healthy, generous brunch, and time to sit together.
- 13:30 · Ceramics atelierSlowing down through contact with clay. Working by hand, you shape your own ceramic plate and press leaves and flowers into it. No experience is needed — the process guides you.
- 16:00 · TeaTea and something light to eat.
- 17:00 · Late afternoon yogaWe close the day in balance, with a deeper, slower practice that lets the nervous system settle.
What you take home
- A day back in your own body.
- Less stress, and the lightening effect of the breath.
- A quieter mind, and contact with your own creativity.
- A ceramic plate you made yourself.
The next one
Dates for the coming retreat are announced by email and on Instagram. Write to me if you would like to hear first, or if you are thinking of a private retreat for your own small group.
