Yoga Therapy is adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude.

Yoga Therapy works with respect, knowledge, compassion and safety. It is the process of empowering a person to progress toward improved health and well-being.

What are the prices?
In our first meeting there will be an extensive intake about you and your specific needs. Then we will go through a physical assessment to inform and build up the upcoming session, where we will check your posture, breathing and movement. The comprehensive start up package, including a 90 minute session costs 100 euros. Follow up sessions will be 70 euros.
