PREGNANCY YOGA

The practice of yoga during pregnancy awakens the natural intelligence of your body to help your through the physical and psychological changes that occur. It is an excellent way to tone your muscles, increase your stamina and improve circulation. You will learn how to relax and relive tensions through breathing for a smooth pregnancy and easy labor.

POSTNATAL YOGA

Experience the physical and emotional benefits of postnatal yoga

integrating movement, breath, balance and relaxation, to help the mother recover from birth.

We work on pelvic realignments and toning the pelvic floor, core and strengthening practices to build up stamina, restorative poses to restore, breathing exercises to rejuvenate and balance.

BABY & MAMA YOGA

This special bonding time with your baby, gives the space to share and connect with other mommies. While working on the postnatal recovery, we will be doing fun exercises with your babies
